TERMS
Unless otherwise arranged, 1/3 cash with order, balance prior to shipment of machine.

Title does not pass until machine has been paid for in full.

CONDITIONS

There are no warranties by Wigglesworth Machinery Co. as to compliance with any requirements of Federal, State and local laws and industrial codes, including, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and all amendments thereto. It is the buyer's duty to inspect all machinery, to provide proper safety devices and equipment or means that may be necessary to safeguard the operator from harm and to safeguard each machine and equipment to meet all government standards, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

Specifications are approximate, not binding and meant as a guide only. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify specifications and dimensions.

GUARANTEE

Any machine purchased from our stock may be returned freight pre-paid within 30 days from the date of shipment if found to be mechanically unsatisfactory; or repaired at our option. This does not apply to machines sold "AS-IS" or "AS-INSPECTED" at a discounted price.

All machines offered subject to prior sale for acceptance within ten days from date of quotation.

Prices subject to change without notice.

Orders are not subject to cancellation except by written mutual consent.
